How does the Monsscent subscription work?

Receive a fresh 8ml perfume delivered right to your doorstep every month, all for an incredible price of just €15,99. With a generous supply lasting 30 days, allowing for 4 sprays per day, you'll never run out of delightful scents. Choose from our extensive collection of over 300 perfumes to curate your personalized perfume calendar. We understand that your preferences may change from month to month, so feel free to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. It's all about providing you with a seamless and tailored fragrance experience.
If my parfume lasts for more than a month, can I skip a month?
Absolutely! Our bottles are designed for 4 sprays a day, for 30 days. However, if you use it less you can simply pause your subscription in your personal calendar. You can skip up to 3 months at a time.
Until when can I change my perfume choice in my calendar?
You can make changes to your choice of perfume up to 1 week before your shipping date. There is a countdown clock above your personal calendar that reminds your until when you can make changes to your calendar.
Can I invite a friend to join the subscription of Monsscent?
We would love for you to invite friends and family to join Monsscent. As a thank you, you and your friend will get 25% off the next month. You can find your unique referral code in the ‘refer a friend’ section in your account. The 25% discount will be applied automatically to your next shipment after your referee has subscriped and received their first order.
How do referrals work?
In your account area on the refer a friend page you can find your unique referral link. Share this link with your friends and family and they will get 25% off on their first month. As soon as they’ve sucessfully subscribed you automatically will receive 25% off your next months subscription. You don’t have to do anything for this our system will automatically recognize and apply the discount. The referral counter will show you how many more discounts you can receive.
How long does the subscription last for? How flexible is it?
The subscription lasts for as long as you like. Every month you have the flexibility to either pause or cancel your subscription up to 1 week before your shipping date.
What will happen if I don’t add a perfume to my calendar for a month?
We would encourage you to plan a couple of months ahead so you always receive a perfume you like. If you don’t add a perfume to your calendar and you haven’t paused the month we will send you our perfume of the month. Which can be a great surprise as well..
How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can easily pause your subscription in your personal calendar by selecting ‘pause’ in the month you would like to pause. To cancel, go to your account details, click on cancel subscription and follow the steps.

Can I pick any perfume from the catalogue for my monthly calendar?
Yes! You can pick any of our 300+ perfumes for your subscription. We are constantly looking to expand our collection so make sure you check in regularly to find your new favorite.
Are all perfumes authentic?
Absolutely!
At Monsscent, we are committed to providing you with 100% authentic fragrances sourced exclusively from authorized vendors or directly from the brands themselves. We hold a strict policy against carrying counterfeit products, replicas, or imitations, and we take this matter very seriously. Rest assured that every fragrance we decant from its original large bottle into our stylish Monsscent vial is genuine and legitimate!
Can I order full size bottles of perfume?
We offer a variety of full size bottles depending on the perfume. You can either go to our ‘shop’ or click on buy without subscription when browsing our catalogue.
What is the perfume of the month?
Every month we will carefully select a perfume of the month, which you will receive if you keep your calendar empty. It’s a unique way of surprising yourself by receiving a perfume that you would normally never pick yourself. In the summer months these might be summary and fresh smells whilst towards the end of the year they will become more festive. Keep an eye out for our blogs to see which will be the next perfume of the month.
How many times can I take the perfume quiz?
You can take the perfume quiz as many times as you like. We actually encourage you to take the quiz more often because we will continue to add more perfumes to our catalogue.
Can I purchase additional travel cases?
You will receive a free travel case (worth 7, 99 euros) with your first order. If you want to buy any additional travel cases you can visit our shop. Here we offer a range of different colors as well that will perfectly with your style!

How can I update my account details?
On the account area page in your profile you can update your account details. You can this up until week before your perfume is being shipped. You can find a countdown clock on your personalised calendar page.
What is the freezing moment?
The ‘freeze’ moment is the time between your order confirmation and shipping date of your subscription. You can make changes to your account up until the ‘freeze’ moment. Depending on your shipping cycling this is either 7 days before the 1st or 15th of the month. On your personalised calender page you can find a countdown clock that shows you how long you have until your ‘freeze’ moment is activiated for that month. After this your order is confirmed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped you can make changes again to your account.
How can I cancel my subscription, or my account?
We would be sad to see you go. To cancel your subscription go to your account details, click on cancel subscription and follow the steps. This will stop the recurring payments. If you also wish to cancel your account, please send an email to support@monsscent.com and we will help you to cancel your account.

How much does the monthly subscription cost?
Just €15,99 each month.
The €15,99 includes every perfume within our catalogue (300+ and we continue to add new perfumes), free shipping and a free travelcase (worth 7,99 €) with your first order. Pretty good deal right?
How do I activate the payment of the monthly subscription?
With your first order we ask you to fill in your payment details and give Monsscent permission to charge you €15,99 every month on your chosen payment method. After this you will be charged every month 7 days before the shipping date. In your personalised calendar page you can find a countdown which shows when you will be charged next.
When will my account be charged for the subscription?
You will be charged every month, 7 days before the shipping date. In your personalised calendar page you can find a countdown which shows when you will be charged next. If the payment has failed we will skip that month.
How do I apply discounts to my order
When you refer a friend you and your friend will receive 25% off on your next order. For your friend this will automatically apply with their first order. For you this will automatically apply to your next months shipment, if your friend has succesfully subscribed to Monsscent.
Delivery
To which countries does Monsscent deliver products?
We currently ship to Spain only.
When will I receive my orders?
For subscriptions: These will be shipped either on the 1st or 15th of every month. Usually they arrive within 2-4 days after shipping. You can check your order status on the order page in your profile.
For orders out of our shop: These will be shipped within 1 week of ordering and should arrive within 2-4 days. For orders above €29,99 you will receive a track & trace code so you can see exactly when your order arrives.
Where can I see my last orders?
You can check your last orders for both your subscription and from our shop on the order page in your account.
Can I return a product?
If you want to return your order, please contact support@monsscent.com for further instructions. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, undamaged and, if applicable, sealed.
What should I do if my order has not yet arrived?
Usually your order should arrive within 2-4 days after the shipping date. If you have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact support@monsscent.com
